The Nice Municipal Library will benefit from renovations and will be offered an innovative outdoor reading space, in addition to the traditional indoor reading corner.
The City of Nice places great importance on maintaining its cultural institutions at a high level, and therefore does not hesitate to undertake redevelopment work when necessary. This will be the case for the Louis Nucéra Library, which has not been renovated for many years and will benefit from a makeover.
This renovation is part of the extension of the Promenade du Paillon, which contributes to transforming Nice into a “garden city” by creating spaces of conviviality and well-being for the residents.
The library’s offerings will be expanded with the creation of an outdoor patio to provide readers with a peaceful experience amidst nature. Thus, the library will benefit from cultural, recreational, and educational spaces both indoors and outdoors.
The indoor space will be preserved and will offer all the necessary comfort to all audiences, from juniors to seniors, including parents. With the new layout, reading enthusiasts can also enjoy an innovative venue, located outside the library in a shaded patio, conducive to relaxation and reading.
