Yesterday morning, the mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi, and the director of the Nice theater, Muriel Mayette-Holtz, spoke and announced the creation of a unique event for the Azur public this summer.
The 2019-2020 season of the National Theater of Nice was shortened by several months due to the general lockdown in France. But no worries, Benjamin Mondon, president of the association Passionately TNN, and Mrs. Hotz have devised an exceptional program of three free and open-air performances of the play “The Game of Love and Chance.” These will take place on the Castle Hill on August 26, 27, and 28 at 7:30 PM.
Thanking the Healthcare Workers
The first performance, on August 26, will be dedicated to paying tribute to and thanking healthcare workers, as well as all those who mobilized in recent weeks to best manage this health crisis. Christian Prudhomme, the organizer of the Tour de France, which will start on August 28 (the day after the last performance), supports this initiative. Let’s not forget the Summer Rendez-vous at the TNN, every day from August 1 to 22, at the theater’s Kiosk, and always free.
