AnaSounds Effect Pedals

Latest News

Two young people from Nice, just over 20 and fresh out of university, have been working for the past two years to bring the sounds of 1960s guitars back to France through their innovative analog guitar effects pedals.

It was Alexandre Ernandez, a graduate of the Polytech University of Sophia Antipolis, who began developing a guitar effects pedal in 2013. He was searching for a particular sound that has been lost with the digitization of music today. After searching for a long time to find this match, he decided to make his own custom pedal to achieve the desired sound for his guitar.

The effects pedal is an electronic device that can be switched on or off with a foot switch, used to apply effects to the sound produced by a musical instrument.

Satisfied with his work, he shared his research with other enthusiasts. As a result, another student, Magali Goullet, joined the design project, and together they developed their device and are on the verge of becoming a company. Alexandre is the electronics engineer ensuring the sound matches their expectations, while Magali handles the vintage design of the pedals to complement the rock colors of the sound.

Their interest was to revive somewhat old-school sounds in music. This has been achieved, and many are pleased about it, as their pedals are now sold worldwide.

The Anasounds effects pedals continue to make their presence felt.
