Nice Premium: Angelique, the radio that goes on TV. It went pretty well, didn’t it?
Angelique: Oh yes, that’s an understatement! The journalists from France 3 were very kind, attentive, and made everyone comfortable from the start.
The angle from which this report was approached is exactly what I wanted because it very well reflects the spirit and atmosphere of the show SENSATIONS LIVE that I present with Marc, my partner on the airwaves.
The report is rich enough to allow everyone who saw it and who is not yet familiar with the show to perfectly understand what it’s about, and I hope many will be curious to come meet us at Ma Nolan’s in Old Nice one of these Friday nights, or elsewhere, why not?
NP: A first for you? And what were your impressions in front of a camera?
Angelique: Not exactly a first, since I have collaborated several times with other television media, French or foreign, but it’s true that this is the first time I am myself the subject of the interview!
As I mentioned, the journalists from France 3 made me feel really comfortable right away, I even forgot there was a camera filming around the show set.
I must admit it’s rather pleasant to be filmed while doing a job you love, not to mention a passion, and the camera always intrigues, many people approached to see what was happening.
Besides, I’ll do it again whenever you want!!
NP: Any reactions around you, on Facebook, or at work?
Angelique: The reactions were immediate and very positive. It is true that France 3’s news programs have a large following, the visibility is huge, many people saw this report and expressed themselves either through the SENSATIONS website ([www.radiosensations.fr](https://www.radiosensations.fr)) or directly on the show’s Facebook page [www.facebook.com/lavoixdunange](https://www.facebook.com/lavoixdunange), where I invite everyone who wants to join us, it’s the best way to get all the information about the show, the guests, the location of broadcasts, etc., as well as info about your favorite hosts! Knowing that so many people appreciate our work is really pleasing!
NP: My little birdie told me about a new FM frequency in Nice and the Côte d’Azur… ?
Angelique: Your little birdie seems very well informed… Indeed, it’s one of the projects we are trying to develop, because it’s clear that the concept of this show is appealing, both to participants and listeners, and that an FM broadcast in the Côte d’Azur would be an undeniable plus. We are working in this direction, and we are also looking for partners to realize this major project. We will, of course, keep Nice Premium readers informed of the progress on this subject.
NP: What are the next show locations and your next guests?
Angelique: Well, we are set up every Friday evening on the terrace of Ma Nolan’s in Old Nice, where Christophe, Thaddy, and their entire team have been welcoming us for more than a year now, for 4 hours of a live show focused essentially on good humor, it’s very lively!
Then, we also do live shows from concert halls like the Palais Nikaïa, the Théâtre de Verdure, or the Palais Acropolis, for example, or other venues on special occasions. The fall schedule is being worked out but is not final, because we really want to stick to cultural events, but I can already tell you that it’s going to be exciting this year!! You’re in for surprises!
We really want to emphasize what’s happening in our beautiful region, and SENSATIONS LIVE will be even more present than last year at events on the Côte d’Azur. Things are happening here, and SENSATIONS LIVE is determined to let it be known and will be moving with you!!
NP: Finally, what is Angelique’s dream?
Angelique: Very good question (laughs) The bon vivant in me would say “why settle for just one dream??” Angelique has many dreams, but today the primary one, of course, is to obtain a frequency in the region as quickly as possible, and further develop the concept of this show.
While taking pleasure in meeting people and sharing this pleasure with SENSATIONS LIVE listeners, as has been the case from the start, because we must not forget that the success of this show is owed to the listeners, always growing in number.
It is really pleasing to see that media like France 3 or Nice Premium talk about this show, which has become a real weekly rendezvous, it means there is a real “buzz” around us, that the Côte d’Azur is appealing, so let’s take the opportunity to create the event!!
