This afternoon, the ADDA Association is organizing a conference on the theme of animals, titled: “The Animal: Leaving and Remaining in the Category of Goods.”

The conference will proceed as follows:

1st part: Caroline Regad and Cedric Riot: Associate Professors at the University of Toulon, for the section: “Taking the Animal Out of the Category of Goods.”

2nd part: Philippe Kaigl, Lawyer and Associate Professor at UNS, and David-André Darmon, Lawyer in Nice, for the opposing section “Remaining in the Category of Goods.”

3rd part: Debate with the audience and voting.

Mr. Loic Dombreval, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Member of Parliament, and President of the Study Group on Animal Welfare at the National Assembly, will be present to confirm the work and will provide his knowledge of the subject and his specific expertise in this area.
