After Stéphane Daguin, it is Anne Frackowiak-Jacobs’ turn to be appointed to represent the State in the district.
Originally from Pas-de-Calais, this northerner has spent most of her career north of the Loire. A graduate of the IRA (Regional Institutes of Administration), she first worked as a prefecture officer in Amiens before attempting the external selection process for sub-prefects.
