For the past 2 years, on the occasion of a championship match, OGC Nice has been collecting and donating one euro from each ticket sold to Inter Secours Nice, a collective of associations aimed at helping the vulnerable people of Nice.
This year, the operation was conducted during the Nice vs. Bordeaux game, which took place on November 3rd. It was a real success, with €11,883 collected from ticket sales, setting a new record.
The food bank will convert this money into food supplies, which will later be distributed to the various associations within Inter Secours Nice.
Mr. Jean-Pierre Rivère, President of OGC Nice, will present the check to the Food Bank in the presence of Mr. Christian Estrosi, Deputy Mayor of Nice, on Friday, December 6th, at 11:30 AM. The presentation will take place at the Food Bank premises located at 2, chemin des écoles in Nice.
