Antibes: 39th Sugar and Chocolate Fair for Sweet Tooths of All Ages

As every year, sweet tooths of all ages have an appointment at the Sugar and Chocolate Fair, organized by the Union of Pastry Artisans of Alpes-Maritimes, at the Espaces of Fort Carré.

Days under the sign of artistry and indulgence for the pleasure of the eyes and the taste buds.


Many competitions are thus offered at this fair:
competitions of masterpiece sugar works and chocolate masterpieces (junior, apprentice, and senior categories):

a croquembouche competition (mounted pieces and nougatine) held in front of the public and themed this year around Olympic champions.

two tart competitions. One open to professionals and one open to amateurs.

Additionally, visitors will be able to attend ice sculpture demonstrations, as well as hair and makeup shows organized in collaboration with the Hairdressing and Aesthetics Union.

Finally, around twenty stands of artisans, chocolatiers, or pastry schools offer demonstrations and sales of chocolate or chocolate products.
