From February 11 to 13, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Nice is organizing the fifth edition of Bread, Love, and Chocolate, the fair with a sweet scent of Love, in Antibes, at the Vauban port. Free entry.
On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, the Côte d’Azur will host, from Friday 11 to Sunday, February 13, the fifth edition of “Bread, Love, and Chocolate”, one of the main events organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Nice, in collaboration with the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Alpes-Maritimes and the City of Antibes Juan-les-Pins.
The fair is a moment of conviviality and sharing where tradition and creativity come together to highlight the crafts and bakery professions.
For three days, the talent of master bakers and artisanal products will delight the eyes and palate of thousands of food lovers and romantics. The Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Alpes-Maritimes is mobilizing to offer numerous original gift ideas for Valentine’s Day: costume jewelry, teddy bears, fashion accessories, decorative objects, perfumes, not to mention sweets (candies, chocolates, nougat, macarons…) to give generously to one’s beloved.
With an average of 35,000 people visiting in past years since its creation in 2007, the fair has continued to expand, both in terms of exhibitors and area occupied. The aim of the event is to present the Italian and French products of excellence to the general public, accompanied by numerous cultural animations.
The specialty of Bread, Love, and Chocolate!
As every year, “Bread, Love, and Chocolate” is an opportunity to present the public with a new specialty, designed for the event. This year it will be a gourmet surprise offered by the Master Bakers of Piedmont, based on Mediterranean products common to France and Italy… to discover and taste at the fair!!
The public in the spotlight!
The public is invited to various animations at the stands of the CMA 06 artisans and the Bakers of Piedmont: true demonstrations of know-how, to honor the value of good artisanal work and the pursuit of excellence and quality that guides artisans in their daily work.
Indeed, animations and demonstrations are the guiding principles of this great event, with, to delight young and old, two screenings of “Lezioni di Cioccolato” an Italian comedy from 2007, revolving around a Pastry competition.
