Sarah Bellier has joined the Public Urban Development Agency (EPA) NICE ÉCOVALLÉE as Deputy General Director. She will be responsible, alongside Olivier Sassi, the General Director, for ensuring the development of ongoing and future urban development projects as part of the Operation of National Interest.
A legal expert by training, holding a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from HEC, Sarah Bellier, 44, has 22 years of experience in management and organization. She began her career at Côte d’Azur Habitat as the Human Resources Director (1996-2003) and then as the General Secretary (2003-2010).
She subsequently took on the role of Deputy Director of Services at the Departmental Council of Eure-et-Loir (2010-2018), as well as Deputy Director of GIP Approlys Centr’Achat, active in the Centre Val de Loire Region (2014-2018).
