Are you FOOD’ETHIC?

Latest News

Each month in the Principality of Monaco, the web radio “Radio Ethic” offers a live broadcast, open to the public, on sustainable development. Electric vehicles, the UN Summit in Copenhagen, organic gardening… The themes of the LIVE’Ethic broadcasts are chosen based on current events.

Who better than a committed top chef to talk about his market?

Around the chef of the Fairmont Monte Carlo, Maryan Gandon, the Thursday, May 27th broadcast will be devoted to organic, local, seasonal food, and slow food. French gastronomy knows him (and he knows it well!), notably through his notable contributions at the Royal Deauville, the Grand Hotel in Paris, and the Carlton in Cannes.

To accompany him and discuss what’s on our plates, journalist Noël Fantoni will also welcome Jean-Pierre Rous, President of the Slow Food South-East Convivium and Principality of Monaco, and Marc Brunoy, gastronomic critic.

Alongside them, Erika Rasse, a committed citizen for the establishment of organic cafeterias in Saint-Jeannet, and the winemaker Denis Rasse will share their experiences within the same village.

As for Philippe Guiglionda, creator of Gorbiologique, he will share his insights as an organic farmer.

Adopt a good fork, Thursday, May 27th, from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM!

If you are “Food’Ethic” and near Monaco, you can meet the team and its guests at the Café de la Mer at the Fairmont Monte Carlo (12 Avenue des Spélugues).

The broadcast can also be listened to live on Radio Ethic’s continuous programming OR via the LIVERADIO application on iPhone.

LIVE’Ethic will be available the following week on [www.radioethic.com](https://www.radioethic.com/), just like previous broadcasts!
