Before, during, and after the match, numerous activities will be offered to the Nice public who will be in attendance, as the match is sold out. From Robby Langers’ autograph session to cardiac massage awareness, there will be no rest around the Aiglons’ match.
Major Campaign on Cardiac Massage Awareness and Defibrillator Use
Surrounding the Nice-Paris match this Saturday, OGC Nice and the City of Nice are partnering to organize a major campaign on cardiac massage awareness and defibrillator use at the Allianz Riviera. After the Gym players and the Youth Academy, a large awareness operation is organized ahead of this Saturday afternoon’s match.
From 3:00 PM, cardiac massage awareness stands will be hosted on the concourse by the SDIS, UDSP, Samu, Red Cross, and civil protection services. At 4:00 PM, a training session, broadcast on the stadium’s giant screens, will take place on the Allianz Riviera field, at the base of the stands.
Notably, “The Low Budget Men” (who uniquely perform to raise funds to purchase defibrillators and equip our region through the “20,000 Lives” association) will perform at the traditional pre-match concert on the North concourse starting at 3:15 PM. CDs and DVDs are exceptionally on sale at the Club’s official store today. All proceeds go to the 20,000 Lives association that works to equip the territory with defibrillators. This afternoon will be dedicated to former player and coach Yvan Bagi, who passed away last summer from a heart attack at the age of 43. (via OGC Nice official website)
Robby Langers at the Café des Aiglons
As part of the club’s 110th anniversary and before each home match, OGC Nice invites one or more former players. This Saturday between 3:00 and 3:30 PM, Robby Langers will meet fans of the Gym to sign cards and jerseys. The forward played for two seasons under the OGC Nice jersey (1989 to 1991), with 63 matches and 29 goals, including a memorable four-goal haul against Strasbourg in 1990. The 54-year-old Luxembourger will also kick off the match at 5:00 PM.
Ràdio Nissa Pantai will commentate Nice-Paris
Since the start of the season, Ciril Joanin and Cristòu Daurore have been offering commentary on the Nice-PSG match in Nissart from the press box of the Allianz Riviera. The match can be followed live at www.nissapantai.com.
France Bleu relocates for the event
The Gym’s partner radio, France Bleu Azur, will broadcast from 4:00 PM on the Allianz Riviera concourse to capture the atmosphere around the match. Jean-Baptiste Marie and his consultants will keep the station live, for the occasion, until 8:00 PM with reactions from the 22 players right after the match.
“Golden Barre” Activity at Half-Time
During half-time of the OGC Nice – PSG match, a unique activity is proposed at Allianz: The “Golden Barre.”
Proposed by the club’s partner NetBet, this will allow several drawn supporters to attempt to hit the crossbar and thus win the sum of €5,000. (via OGC Nice official website)
