As part of a student event on the theme of Sustainable Development, the School of Higher Commercial Studies of Nice (EDHEC) is hosting the large-format exhibition and installations of photo-plastician René BRUNO.
A Grande École in the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, the EDHEC group aligns with the ambitions of its territory for higher education that is fully oriented towards business, the economy, and society as a whole.
To add a cultural dimension to the campus, the communication section of the EDHEC group has taken the initiative to organize an exhibition every two months to benefit a local artist.
Permanently, works will highlight various themes, chosen mainly for their general interest. It is no coincidence that this first exhibition started on the day of “Rise Up!” A forum on social entrepreneurship and the economy of tomorrow, organized by Edhec students from the Developp association.
Through his works, the artist René Bruno conveys the theme of sustainable development and his poetic vision of the world: Nature is at the heart of his artistic approach.
His art consists of seeking interiority, destroying appearances. He starts with a flower to bring out the cosmos, shapes, colors, and even the spirit in large format.
This journey along the blurred frontier of the visible and the invisible provokes different interpretations in the eyes of each viewer. Each individual is offered the choice to title his creations, based on what they can see or feel.
The current exhibition will be followed by one from Oliver Remualdo, a self-taught photographer from Nice, who will, in turn, present his amazing works inspired by Indian legends.
EDHEC opens the doors of its brasserie to all art enthusiasts wishing to share a meal while admiring the works.
