This Sunday, May 12, at 12 PM, the Chorma Nissarda will take the stage at the Festin dei Mai in the olive grove of the Cimiez Arena Gardens to present its new show “Encuèi” (today).
It is a dialogue between a father and his son. The father, a former farmer from the Var plain (in Nissa), complains, grumbles (rougna) about all the negative developments in his city and predicts a very bleak future for it.
His son (in his thirties), more optimistic, is in the “pantai” (utopia/dream), and he believes that change and revolution are still possible. Naturally, sparks (belugas) will fly between the two characters…
