Prizes were awarded by the Fédération 06, represented by its President, Claude Batel, as well as by the partners of the Maison de la Boulangerie 06, to all the laureates and particularly the top 3 in each category.
2 laureates of the CAP Boulangerie in apprenticeship will be selected to participate in the regional selection of the 30th edition of the Best Young Bakers in France Competition, which will take place on September 30 and October 1, 2010, at the CFA René Villeneuve in Digne les Bains.
