Each year, the City of Nice, the Académie de Nice Education Authority, and the Federation of the Associations of the County of Nice partner to reward candidates who have achieved the highest scores in the oral and written exams of the Nissart baccalaureate. This ceremony also honors the best students from schools, middle schools, and high schools where the Niçois language is taught.
This Wednesday, about ten baccalaureate graduates and twenty commendable students will be welcomed and congratulated in the City Council chamber of the Nice Town Hall by Jean-Luc Gag, Municipal Councilor delegated to the Niçois Language.
In 2017, more than 300 students took the Niçois exam in the department.
