Charles Ange Ginésy, President of the Alpes-Maritimes Department, received Gille Dutto, President of the Federation of Master Bakers and Pastry Bakers of Alpes-Maritimes, along with a delegation of artisan baker-pastry chefs from Alpes-Maritimes, to share the traditional Galette des Rois yesterday.
On the occasion of Epiphany, artisan bakers-pastry chefs offer a Galette des Rois to the Department. Through this unifying event, they perpetuate one of their profession’s customs.
