The public rapporteur at the Council of State has proposed to annul the orders of the Administrative Court of Nice, which deemed the procedure for awarding the sub-licenses for Les Voiliers Beach, Lido Beach, and Sporting Beach by the Metropolis as irregular and therefore proposed to reject the appeals introduced by the companies Voiliers, Lido Beach, and Sporting Beach.
The decision of the Council of State should be issued within 3 weeks.
