The second edition of the Grand Tour Cyclotouriste Alpi Marittime Mercantour.
Five days of intense cycling where the mountains are present with their prestigious passes and magnificent landscapes. Five days to discover unique villages of the “high country” of the Alpes-Maritimes, the Mercantour National Park and the Italian side, the Alpi Marittime Park, the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and its Haut Verdon valley.
With one or more Alpine passes on the menu each day, the Grand Tour Alpi Marittime Mercantour is a demanding itinerary reserved for high-level cyclotourists and cyclosportives.
150 participants will cover the 550 km of this cross-border circuit, which will take place over five stages starting from Guillaumes.
All the Mercantour passes are on the program: Col des Champs, Col d’Allos, Col de la Bonette-Restefond, Col de la Lombarde, Col de Tende, Col de Brouis, Col de Turini, Col de la Couillole… The return to Guillaumes will be via the Gorges du Cians and Daluis.
