Grasse is organizing the 18th edition of Bio Grasse on Saturday, September 7, and Sunday, September 8, from 9 am to 6 pm, with the theme “Cuisine of the Terroir and Table Arts.”

All the exhibitors and activities will be gathered on the esplanade of Cours Honoré Cresp, under a large marquee.

Within the market, a space will be specifically dedicated to product presentations and tastings, which will allow exchanges on expertise and skills with the general public.

This year’s theme intends to represent all the stages leading from the producer to the consumer: from the producer to the processor or “enhancer” (chefs, restaurateurs: through culinary demonstrations, lunch snacks…), through the “stage director” (table arts, dishes, decoration, eco-responsible reception venues and accommodations, showrooms) and the “knowledgeable” mainly through workshops and interactive activities.
