For the 2012 edition, the Salon au Doux Parfum de l’Amour is changing locations and will take place this year at Place Nationale, from February 10th to 12th.

On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, the Côte d’Azur hosts the sixth edition of Bread, Love, and Chocolate, one of the main events of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Nice, organized in collaboration with the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Alpes-Maritimes and the City of Antibes Juan-les-Pins.
The salon is a moment of conviviality and sharing, where tradition and creativity blend to highlight the crafts and bakery professions.
*Place Nationale: in the heart of Old Antibes*
The novelty of the year is undoubtedly the relocation of the event to Place Nationale, which establishes Bread, Love, and Chocolate among the main events of the City of Antibes.
The new location once again puts the salon at the center of city life, with the scents of chocolate and the aroma of hot bread from Place Nationale wafting through the alleys of Old Antibes, intoxicating locals and visitors with love and indulgence.
*Craftsmanship in the spotlight*
For three days, the talents of master bakers and French and Italian artisanal products will delight the palate and eyes of thousands of food lovers and romantics.
Artisans are mobilizing to offer many original gift ideas for Valentine’s Day: costume jewelry, fashion accessories, decorative objects, porcelain paintings, not to mention sweets: candies, chocolates, nougat, macarons… and products made from flowers for the most romantic gourmets!
*An event that is successful*
With 35,000 visitors last year, the salon has continued to grow since its creation in 2007.
The aim of the event is to present to the general public the excellent Italian and French products, all accompanied by various cultural initiatives, including film screenings and public animations at the stands of the CMA 06 artisans and the Bakers of Piedmont.
True demonstrations of know-how, to honor the value of good artisanal work: the pursuit of excellence and the demand for quality that guide artisans in their daily work.
