On the occasion of 06/06/06, the Alpes-Maritimes General Council is launching a major call for projects, open to individuals and associations, covering six areas of intervention of the Departmental Assembly:
– Environment – Transportation – Quality of Life
– Employment and Economic Development
– Solidarity – Health
– Education
– Culture
– Sports Activities
If, in one of these areas, you conceive an initiative capable of improving the daily life of your fellow citizens, then you will be able to directly and concretely build the future of the Alpes-Maritimes.
The General Council commits to implementing 60 of these projects
These projects will be selected by a committee which will particularly focus on rewarding innovative, exemplary, and reproducible initiatives that are concrete, well-thought-out, realistic, rooted in their departmental environment, and that will bring an immediate improvement to the quality of life of our citizens.
The committee will be very attentive to the technical and financial feasibility of each project, as well as to the experience of the project initiator and the quality of their partners.
The selection committee will include journalists, elected officials, and figures from civil society.
The 60 selected projects will be unveiled at the great departmental evening on June 5th, and the citizens who presented the selected projects will be honored on this occasion.
