This general assembly will be held in the presence of Dominique Estrosi-Sassone, President of the Community Local Mission “Objectif Jeunes Nice Côte d’Azur”, Deputy Mayor of Nice, Metropolitan Councilor, President of the Commission in charge of Housing and Social Cohesion; Claude Fournet, President of the Regional Association of Local Missions PACA, Vice-President of the National Union of Local Missions; Vincent Delpey, Secretary General of the National Council of Local Missions; and regional representatives of several major groups.

Aware of the necessity to engage with the companies within its territory to promote the professional integration of young people, the Regional Animation of Local Missions PACA will sign, on the occasion of its General Assembly, several regional agreements with the following major groups: ERDF, Villages Club du Soleil, Vacances Tourisme Familles, Les Compagnons du Devoir.

The regional managers of these establishments thus express their commitment to partner with local missions to actively contribute to the battle for youth employment. The signed agreements will allow:

– to facilitate recruitment and respond more effectively to the needs of companies and the young people supported by local missions,
– to better inform young people and their counselors about the professions and sectors that are hiring for a better understanding of the labor market,
– to develop this mentorship system for employment, particularly within the context of combating discrimination.

Concerned with facilitating young people’s access to employment and adapting its service offer, the ARDML conducted a satisfaction survey through the local missions PACA of 200 companies and 5,000 young users.

The survey, titled “Visions croisées,” revealed the following results: 91.6% of the companies surveyed are satisfied with the services offered by the Local Missions. 51% are very satisfied.
80% of the young beneficiaries are completely satisfied with the service provided. They consider that the Local Mission has met their expectations and indicate that job search support is the most important of the services.
