The city of Nice is launching the first “Action Handicap Award” contest to reward initiatives that improve the daily lives and integration of people with disabilities.
The creation of this award follows the 2012 Proximity Conference and aims to reward an original action to facilitate the life and integration of people with disabilities.
The winner will receive a sum of €5,000.
The purpose of this award is, on the one hand, to highlight technological innovations developed by companies, associations, or individual inventions intended to improve the daily lives of people with reduced mobility, and on the other hand, to encourage the citizens of Nice to innovate in this regard.
