The City of Biot will host the 4th edition of the eco-citizen festival “Souffleurs d’Avenir” on April 20, 21, and 22, 2018.
During this event, eco-responsible actions and sustainable development initiatives are highlighted to promote everyone’s commitment to an ecological and societal transition.
A true platform for positive and concrete solutions for a sustainable future, this event honors committed local actors as well as the numerous projects and initiatives contributing to the construction of a desirable future.
The goal is to highlight the many positive and concrete solutions for a sustainable future, to value the committed actors as well as the initiatives and projects that contribute to ecological and societal transition; to inform, raise awareness, and inspire action through discovery and experimentation.
Who can participate?
You are an association, a company, a community, an educational institution, or an individual; you wish to share your ideas, propose activities, workshops, animations… in favor of the ecological transition;
Do you wish to become a partner of the Eco-citizen Festival? Like the thirty applicants selected last year, make yourself known and propose your ideas/projects before October 31, 2017*.
Through this call for participation and the SOUFFLEURS D’AVENIR event, the Municipality of Biot aims to achieve the following objectives:
- Promote to the general public:
o improvement of social cohesion, sharing, and collaboration
o waste reduction and recycling
o efforts for energy savings and the development of renewable energy sources
