The 1st Health Call for Projects was launched in November 2005 and was awarded a Gold Marianne in April 2006. Since then, the calls for projects have followed one another, and this year marks the launch of the 8th with the theme โ€œTechnical and Technological Innovations in Health in the field of the fight against cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and loss of autonomy.โ€

Over the past 10 years, 170 proposals have been selected and funded by the Department with a total of 25.3 million euros in credits.
