The Carrefour Nice TNL store, in partnership with the Secours Populaire, is mobilizing this Friday, December 9 and Saturday, December 10 to offer a festive break to those in need.
To support the Green Santa Clauses of the Secours Populaire, who mobilize each year to offer a special moment to the beneficiaries of the association, the Carrefour hypermarket in Nice TNL is calling on the generosity of its customers and opening its doors to volunteers for two days of fundraising.
This weekend, customers at Carrefour Nice TNL can choose to donate to the Secours Populaire directly at the checkout, either the entire cost of a meal (€20), a dish (€10), or a starter or dessert (€5). All the collected funds will be donated to the local branch of the association to allow them to organize either a large Christmas meal or distribute festive baskets to its beneficiaries.
For the children, Carrefour has also given 246,000 toys to all the federations of the French Secours Populaire, which will be offered on these occasions.
Carrefour Banque et Assurance is also joining Carrefour in supporting this collection: for the first 2,500 complete meals paid for with the PASS card, an additional €10 will be donated to the Secours Populaire by Carrefour Banque.
