Saturday, September 17, as part of the European Heritage Days, the city of Carros offers a quality program, highlighted by the inauguration of the tourist office in its new premises at Villa Barbary.
As is tradition in Carros, the event will begin with a guided historical and artistic tour of the village.
The public is invited to gather at 2:30 PM at the castle square to embark on a cultural journey through the history of the town. It’s an opportunity to discover the richness of Carrosโ heritage. Musical and theatrical performances will accompany the tour.
At 6:00 PM, head to Villa Barbary for the inauguration of the tourist office and its relocation to the new premises.
The event will be celebrated with a friendly buffet offered by the Carros Village Festival Committee.
The closing of this 2011 edition will take place at 8:30 PM with music, featuring the concert “Chemins sacrรฉs, from Bingen to Compostela,” by the female quartet Orta Luce (Ombres et Voix company) at the Saint-Claude Church of the village.
