This visit will be an opportunity to present the challenges and future of CREAT. Nestled in the heart of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Area, it will soon be relocated to the northern part of the departmental lands of La Baronne, in continuation of the large agricultural zones that extend to the Plans de Gattières.
The Center for Economic Research and Technical Actions (CREAT)
An experimental station created by the Chamber of Agriculture of the Alpes-Maritimes in 1960, CREAT’s mission is to test new techniques derived from research and to ensure their transfer to producers.
Through its experimental programs conducted in vegetable gardening and horticulture, it supports farmers in their activities, allowing them to benefit from the latest advances in crop protection and production.
