As part of its efforts to teach the French language, the association Elles des Moulins has enabled twenty-four people to successfully pass and obtain their French language diploma: the DILF (Initial Diploma in French Language) for some and the DELF (Elementary Diploma in French Language) for others.

The urban community Nice Côte d’Azur, which funds Elles des Moulins as part of the Urban Contract for Social Cohesion, wanted to pay tribute to these men and women who have committed themselves with courage and humility to this work of learning a language that is now familiar to them.
The association Elles des Moulins supports individuals and families from the Western districts.
