On Saturday, September 26, a charity concert will be held at the Royal Hotel, located in Nice. The event is organized by the association “Les amis de Lacassagne.”
This Saturday, the Baie des Anges salon at the Royal Hotel, located on the Promenade des Anglais, will host numerous artists. At 8 PM, a “Royal Concert – Lyrical Moments,” organized by “The Friends of Lacassagne,” will take place. To enjoy this musical event, spectators will need to purchase tickets on the Association’s website and arrive at the venue one hour before the show.
Volunteer Artists
Several artists will be present for this charity evening and will participate on a volunteer basis.
A vocal ensemble:
– Tenors Mayer David, Klemberg Avi, and Sain-Juan Gilles
– The ensemble Voxabulaire
– Sopranos Amsellem Norah and Fontaine Béatrice
– Baritone Rittelmann Richard
– Mezzo-soprano Sutter Sandrine
– And also, the voice of Piaf in the film “La Môme,” Aigrot Jil.
To support the center, two actions will also be implemented, the proceeds of which will be donated to the association.
– Artist Dana York will create an original work on stage, which will then be auctioned off, or entrusted to the Million auction house.
– During the intermission, Richard Rittelmann will sign his CD “Clair Obscur,” priced at 20 euros.
A Concert to Benefit the Nice Cancer Center
The association “The Friends of Lacassagne” aims to improve the reception and comfort conditions for patients at the Lacassagne Center. This year, the goal was to install two touch-screen kiosks in the center to facilitate patient access to care. The cost of the project is 6,340 euros per kiosk; the association has organized numerous charity events, including the concert. Unfortunately, several of them have been canceled. “With all the events we had planned, we initially thought of installing two kiosks. But several of them were canceled this year. We hope to at least be able to install one,” explains the vice-president of the association.
