The end-of-year holidays are a time of joy, conviviality, and celebration for children and the supervising staff (school teachers, childcare assistants, cafeteria, and maintenance staff).

The traditional Christmas meal is an opportunity to come together in a festive atmosphere and enjoy delicious dishes that make the taste buds tingle even more than usual!

This Friday, December 16th, Chef Ratatouille’s kitchen, the famous cook from the school cafeterias in Nice, will delight the palates of our young students and adults.

Among the dishes featured in the different menus offered to children and passionately prepared: foie gras burger, a bouquet of lamb’s lettuce, grapes, and tomatoes, creamy chicken supreme or fresh salmon with sorrel, Duchess potatoes, extra-fine parsley green beans, and for dessert, a chocolate traditional yule log with crรจme anglaise, clementines, and papillotes.

The adults, on the other hand, will savor: a foie gras terrine with apple, pear, and dried fruit chutney, Christmas capon fillet with forest delights, porcini, and chanterelle mushrooms, or fresh salmon with sorrel, Duchess potatoes, a small zucchini bouchon with carrot fondue, and for dessert: morbier cheese, a chocolate geode, clementines, and papillotes.
