Olivier Cautain became passionate about “fermented cereal juice” after meeting brewers in the United States. In 2015, he opened his own brewery in Nice, in the Libération district.


Taking full advantage of the opportunity to travel thanks to his studies at Paul Augier High School in Nice, Olivier Cautain is now his own boss. Since last year, the young man has been brewing original and especially artisanal beers in Nice, in the Libération district.
