The Ecoter Mission, a non-profit association under the 1901 French law, has been bringing together local authorities and companies involved in the local government sector (Digital, Health, Education, Environment, Transport, Local Finances…) since 1997, to support local authorities in their transformation on the uses and digital services for citizens.
The Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, labeled as the “Ambassador City of Innovation in Europe,” has been actively engaged for several years in a significant economic transformation to become a benchmark territory in the field of smart and sustainable cities.
