Christian Estrosi is no longer a deputy.

@estrosi: I have officially submitted my resignation letter from the National Assembly to Claude Bartolone.

Christian Estrosi has bid farewell to the National Assembly, which he has been a part of since 1988.

“Mr. Prime Minister, from the moment I was entrusted with representing a portion of the French people, I have strived to be worthy of this responsibility, as surely most of you have. And my Gaullist convictions have never changed,” he stated before thanking his neighbors on the assembly benches.

“A final word to you, my dear colleagues, to thank those from the Republicans and the center who have never let me down. And to acknowledge those from all sides with whom I have maintained constructive relationships.”
