The Mayor of Nice, President of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, is reorganizing his joint cabinet.

After the reform of the municipal and metropolitan administration, the Mayor-President has decided to deeply revamp his cabinet.

Christian Estrosi explains it this way: “It’s a renewed, diverse, and organized team, to better listen to the concerns of the people of Nice and the inhabitants of the Metropolis. I wanted to prioritize proximity and safety, community living, and support for the municipalities.”

Around Anthony BORRE, the Chief of Staff, the new organization includes the following changes:

Claude PERRIER joins the team as a special advisor in charge of Public Relations strategy and media.

Furthermore, the cabinet is structured around an organization by divisions.

The Community Living Division, with Jean-Paul DAVID, who becomes Deputy Chief of Staff. He will be accompanied by Pierre Alain REVELAT, who will take charge of participative democracy bodies.

The Proximity and Safety Division, with Véronique BORRE, who also becomes Deputy Chief of Staff. She will be accompanied by Christine GILLI, a former elected official of the City of Nice, for proximity, commerce, and neighborhood life. Also by Romain CARDELLI for parking and circulation.

The Municipal Support Division, with Pascal CONDOMITTI, who becomes Deputy Chief of Staff. He will be accompanied by Jean-François CAMPANA.

Furthermore, a Mountain Division is created, directly attached to the President of the Metropolis. It consists of Joël MIGLIORE, as an advisor to the Mayor-President of the Metropolis, in charge of sports, and the highland municipalities, and Caroline MIGLIORE, as an advisor responsible for the highland municipalities and rurality.

Two other divisions are created: the City of Nice Division and the Metropolis Division with three new advisors:

  • Isabelle CHAMEROY: advisor in charge of education, student life, university, early childhood, within the City Division,
  • Mathilde DEMORY-ZORY: advisor in charge of health, Social Affairs, and Disability, in the City Division.

Pauline HEROUAN: advisor in charge of environment and water, within the Metropolis Division.

Additionally, Jean-Sébastien MARTINEZ becomes the new Chief of Staff, assisted by Sébastien BUCHET, Deputy Chief of Staff, who retains his role as Advisor for Communication and Events.

Finally, confirmed in their current roles are Guillaume QUEYRON, as Deputy Chief of Staff, in charge of human resources and general administration, Mickaël LEROUX, as political advisor in charge of institutions and Europe, Rébecca BARRE as advisor on planning, finance, transport, and tramway, Hervé BARELLI, as advisor for Culture, Heritage, and speeches, and Eléonore PAUL as advisor for Economy and Innovation.
