Christian Estrosi’s 2015 Wishes at the Palais Nikaïa: A Great Show

Latest News

There were several thousand people on Tuesday night at the Palais Nikaïa, invited to the TF1 show “Dancing with the Stars”.

Invited by the Nice city hall, civil servants, agents, and staff of the Nice Metropolis listened to Christian Estrosi present his wishes for the year 2015 before the start of the show.

For almost three-quarters of an hour, the deputy mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi, took over the Palais Nikaïa. Gestures, knowing looks, and walking around the stage, the deputy was very comfortable and enjoyed being in front of a cheerful audience.

It must be said that the Nice city hall went all out. To an upbeat tune, the 49 mayors of the Nice Côte d’Azur metropolis took their places on chairs arranged on the stage.

A few minutes earlier, about thirty people sat near Christian Estrosi’s podium. These men and women are agents of the city, the Metropolis, and the CCAS. The evening was organized for them, to thank them for the work they accomplish each year.

A video highlighting the advantages of Nice’s developments was then shown on a giant screen.

While the recent infrastructure was extensively covered in the report, the mayor directed his speech toward the future. “A more efficient administration, lighter taxation, more effective action, that’s the fight I want to continue to take on and win over the next six years.”

Notable guests

In front of a captivated assembly, the mayor called on the hopes of Nice’s sports scene. Alexy Bosetti, Jérôme Ardisson, Eric Camilli, Andy Verdoia, Eric Bauthéac, and Fabien Barel joined the stage to thunderous applause.

Christian Estrosi reiterated his gratitude for the prestige these personalities bring to the city of Nice.

It was in a lengthy tirade that the mayor continued his thanks. Agents, civil servants, staff, members of the Municipal Council, all the mayors of the metropolis… All were congratulated for the work already done and the work that remains to be done.

From spectacle to spectacle: the politicians finally made way for “Dancing with the Stars”!

If the mayor seemingly managed to convince his audience of the sincerity of his wishes for the year 2015, the dancers from the TF1 show undoubtedly provided the public with a lovely evening.
