These facts speak for themselves! Unfortunately, they once again show that the mothers of fools are among the most prolific women. For some time now, there have been far too many people playing with fire and too many politicians endorsing these radical positions and the behaviors that accompany them. It would be beneficial for everyone to take responsibility and for us to return to a greater balance between words and actions. For the most stubborn cases, don’t be discouraged: all of this can be treated!
While Christian Estrosi, Deputy Mayor of Nice, President of the Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur, was signing his latest book “Son of Nice” yesterday in Paris at the Julliard bookstore located at 229 boulevard Saint-Germain, he was subjected to verbal and physical assaults.
A dozen people who identified themselves as customers quickly and violently formed a threatening circle around Christian Estrosi, chanting insults and racially hateful remarks.
Their leader, with a violent gesture towards Christian Estrosi, knocked over stacks of books that were between them on the table.
This display of verbal and physical violence, in a very tense national and international context, terrified customers and bookstore staff present, with some quickly being overcome by panic.
A police brigade from the BIVP (Public Road Information Brigade) was able to intervene quickly to chase away the attackers.
Moments after the events, several people – including the national leader of the Identity Bloc, Fabrice Robert, already sentenced in Nice to one month in prison for distributing leaflets outside schools denying the existence of gas chambers – took to Twitter to boast about the occurrence of these acts.
Christian Estrosi strongly condemns these hateful and violent behaviors inciting racial hatred. He immediately filed a complaint at the police station in the 7th arrondissement near the National Assembly for physical and verbal threats as well as incitement to racial hatred.
