In the context of developing sport-health, “J’ME BOUGE!… MUD DAY, running is not enough” primarily aims to allow socially and professionally active men and women to physically and mentally prepare for the MUD DAY race, which will take place in April 2015 in Pays d’Aix.

MUD DAY is a challenge of approximately 13 kilometers with more than 20 obstacles inspired by military training courses. It is a course designed to test all the mental and physical abilities of the participants.

After registering on the City of Nice’s website, 35 people will be selected based on the underlying reason for their motivation and will be able to attend six training sessions to be held between November and next March. These sessions will be led by Christophe Pinna and will all take place in Nice, at Mont-Boron, with the participation of firefighters from Nice and military personnel from Brignoles.

In the end, after the training sessions, 24 people, that is 6 teams of 4, will be chosen by Christophe Pinna to participate in the MUD DAY Pays d’Aix.
