CIL MEDITERRANEE was established with a focus on proximity and based on the combination of departmental entities covering the PACA and Corsica regions, all of which are significantly dominant in their respective territories. CIL MEDITERRANEE represents more than 100 employees (excluding subsidiaries), 125 million euros in annual resources, 31,925 housing units spread across the territory, and approximately 14,225 families helped annually.
LOGIAM has registered itself, along with all socio-economic actors in the department, within a national context of reorganization of the housing actors of the 1% lodgment and has chosen to prioritize a regional solution, with a logic of developing its activities on the territory and maintaining a close relationship with all its partners.
The GOAL of this consolidation is to enhance the effectiveness of the 1% housing, streamline management, and improve the quality of service provided to member companies and their employees, with a logic of coherence across all territories. The reform desired by the State requires the consolidated organization to reach a minimum critical size.
CIL MEDITERRANEE’s mission across the PACA CORSE territory includes:
– Offering all 1% housing products and services to companies and their employees, ensuring support throughout their residential journey.
– Developing a dynamic that allows for a uniform and accessible service across the entire territory.
– Expanding the intervention capacities and the housing offer of the patrimonial subsidiaries and all social landlords.
– Generalizing support for professional mobility, access to property, and social services for all companies located in the territory of the federating CIL.
– Enhancing internal skills.
The governance committee is composed of a president, Lionel PICOLET, President of CIL MEDITERRANEE, a General Delegate, Stéphane BONNOIS, from UNICIL, and an Operational General Director, Philippe SAGNES, from CILVAR.
