“We achieved 5,200 entries compared to 3,500 last year. The feedback we received is one of great satisfaction from the audience, who appreciated the diversity and quality of the programming, and especially the meetings with the directors. The friendly atmosphere was noticed and appreciated by both the audience and the invited directors.
There remains the task of managing the success for future editions (we had to turn people away for some sessions). We are trying to develop partnerships with other festivals (Carthage, Tangier, Tetouan…).
Regarding the budget, we are hoping for a boost from our institutional funders (City of Carros, Region, Department) and, if possible, from new private and media partners. We will discuss this again.”
