2. 13 Days 13 Nights

Summary: This intense thriller is inspired by the real evacuation conducted in Kabul in August 2021. The commander Mohamed Bida, played by Roschdy Zem, fights to save hundreds of Afghans within the French embassy, as the noose tightens.

3. The Great Displacement

4. Amélie and the Metaphysics of Tubes

Summary: Adapted from Amélie Nothomb’s novel, this film follows a Belgian girl born in Japan, whose innocence shifts at the age of three. A sensitive and imaginative dive into the eyes of a child, carried by fine artistic direction, distinguished in animation festivals. 

5. Once Upon a Time in Gaza

Genre: Drama   

Directors: Tarzan Nasser & Arab Nasser  

Main actors: Nader Abd Alhay, Majd Eid, Ramzi Maqdisi  

Summary: Immersion in Gaza in 2007: the dreamy student Yahya befriends Osama, a kind-hearted dealer, and together they launch a hidden drug trafficking operation in a falafel stand. A fraternal relationship threatened when a corrupt policeman gets involved.
