2. The Green Perfume by Nicolas Pariser
We find here a detective film, sprinkled with a slight comedic tone. The actor duo Sandrine Kiberlain and Vincent Lacoste play two characters who investigate following the murder of a member of a theater troupe. A murder that seems to be orchestrated by a criminal organization that is now seeking to eliminate our protagonists. A film led by irresistible actors on the big screen.
3. Tempest by Christian Duguay
A perfect film to watch with family during the holidays. It is the story of a young girl who grew up in the world of horse riding. Wanting to become a jockey, her dream shatters the day she is run over by one of the horses. Now disabled, she does not give up on her goal and will do everything to succeed. 4. The Eight Mountains by Charlotte Vandermeersch and Felix Van Groeningen
This film is adapted from the eponymous novel written by Paolo Cognetti. It is a story of friendship between Bruno and Pietro, two children living in the Alps. Years later, they reunite after losing touch for all that time. A tale of friendship, carried by sublime shots of the high mountains, right in the heart of the Alps.
5. The Little Sparrow by Gรฉrard Jugnot
A film by Gรฉrard Jugnot, starring Gรฉrard Jugnot and Marc Lavoine in the lead roles. It is the story of Nelson, a young boy living in Rรฉunion, who sees his dream come true, namely to become a singer. He attempts an audition and to do so, he trains with Pierre Leroy (played by Marc Lavoine), a famous singer whose career is declining. We see the young Soan Arhimann on screen for the first time, offering a remarkable performance.
