A collective citizen action is organized in the “Rives du Paillon” area on Wednesday, November 28, and Thursday, November 29.
Two days of activities are dedicated to the theme of cleanliness and the initiatives each inhabitant, regardless of generation, can take to improve their living environment. Municipal and metropolitan services, associative and private partners, social landlords, the citizens’ council, and residents are mobilized!
Wednesday, November 28 from 2 PM: educational and fun activities in various locations in the neighborhood
Children, teenagers, and their families are invited to participate in fun and educational activities at various facilities (leisure centers, “Le Village,” the House of Solidarity and Sharing, the Ariane library and swimming pool, AnimaNice Django Reinhardt, etc.). At the Tripode stadium, a representative from the District of the Côte d’Azur will offer an environmental activity to the children of the ASBTP Football association.
Thursday, November 29 from 8 AM, Place des Sitelles: cleanliness action
Participants will tour the neighborhood. The objective: sweep, remove waste, weed, and engage with the inhabitants encountered on the importance of taking care of one’s environment. Students from Val d’Ariane, René Cassin, and Piaget schools will host the sorting ambassadors from the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis in their establishments. *Postponed to Thursday, December 6 in case of bad weather
