In this end-of-year period and more specifically on the occasion of Christmas festivities, which are traditionally meant to be a time of sharing and solidarity, the Directorate of Social Action of the city of Nice and the Municipal Center for Social Action have organized a Christmas evening.
This evening will be offered with the support of the Salvation Army and associations working daily against precariousness for people in extreme poverty and Homeless persons in a warm and friendly setting.
50 volunteers (from the Salvation Army, students, or volunteer agents from the Directorate of Social Affairs and the CCAS) will welcome up to 200 guests from 6:30 pm.
A festive meal will be offered on this day at 6:00 pm at the Corvesy restaurant, punctuated by entertainment and musical interludes provided by the Salvation Army and musicians from the National Conservatory of Regional Influence.
The evening will conclude with the traditional gift giving.
