In France, unemployment affects non-European origin foreigners three times more and paradoxically hits young graduates from immigrant backgrounds even harder. Access to employment is discriminatory for individuals who do not match the reference candidate profile (a young, white-skinned man without disabilities, etc.). We are witnessing the beginning of discrimination prevention efforts, with the creation of tools and dashboards that help prevent anything that can generate direct or indirect discrimination in any public or private organization.

– Aziz SENNI, author of “The Social Elevator is Broken… I Took the Stairs” published by Archipel (October 5, 2005). Aziz Senni is a business leader at the helm of Alliance Transport Accompaniment, a French-style bush taxi company. He participated in various working groups, including one set up by Jean-Louis Borloo, then Minister of the City, for the development of the platform of proposals related to integration. His proposals were all included in the Social Cohesion Plan passed in 2004.
– Khalid HAMDANI, Member of the High Council for Integration (HCI), Human Resources Consultant at Forum Formation. He approaches discrimination from a legal perspective.
