As the end-of-year holidays approach, the online marketplace “Etsy” offers you a selection of products and items as gifts and decorations. Added to this is the association “Team French Riviera,” which, thanks to its Click and Collect system, highlights many artisan shops that deserve recognition in Nice and throughout the region.
Christmas is fast approaching. Still not sure what gifts to give your loved ones? Etsy is here to offer you some original and artisanal ideas! Decorations, jewelry, clothes, hygiene products… there’s plenty to delight for the holiday spirit. Following these sales, Team French Riviera on Etsy draws customers’ attention to other artisan shops that equally deserve a large clientele.
One platform, a multitude of shops
Etsy products on sale as Christmas gifts
Originating from America, the Team French Riviera represents a collective of local creators in Nice, as well as in Menton, Grasse, and many other cities in the Alpes Maritimes. In this group, you’ll find artisans and merchants displaying their finest products. These can be ordered online via etsy.com and sent to a pick-up point where they can be collected in person by consumers. Once again, the Click and Collect service proves fruitful, offering numerous benefits.
Jessica Jager is a jewelry designer and the administrator of the association. The young merchant and her colleagues make every effort to highlight each shop and the products they sell through the Click and Collect service.
“Usually, we create two events that take place twice a year in May and December. It is a craft market that attracts many people. Despite the health context, we managed to implement it this year thanks to the online Click and Collect system.”
Christmas Proposals
Every order placed on Etsy’s website is then transported to the Melli Mello boutique-workshop where it can be collected in person by customers. As with most shops using the Click and Collect service, it has been a valuable aid for Christmas shopping. Team French Riviera has also produced small presentation videos to draw customers’ attention to the shops and festive promotions.
“We all tried to offer a special collection for the end-of-year holidays, with new products and much more. We tried to evoke the Christmas spirit through some short videos. Finally, we implemented promotions so that customers can enjoy discounts for three days.”
With all of this, Jessica and her colleague, Laetitia, hope their team will be a commercial success by showcasing artisanal items for sale on Etsy, prioritizing the Click and Collect service, and trying to save Christmas in one way or another.
