In just a few months, Fauve has emerged as the spokesperson for a generation lost somewhere between carefree abandon and duty, hope and disappointment, loving to hate life or vice versa. With optimism in their veins and music as an outlet, the collective chants their rage and passion in songs that blend pop melodies, hip hop, and rock energy, highlighted by incisive and uncompromising lyrics.

They will reshuffle the cards of French chanson on the stage of the Théâtre de Verdure on June 16, with raw lyrics delivered in a flow between slam and rap. The texts are raw, crude, far from politically correct. A breath of freedom on a pop rock musical backdrop. Outside traditional circuits, the five musician-filmmakers maintain their independence. Mysterious, whimsical, they introduce a new twist in the spoken word universe. A revelation, an incisive poetry, and an enraptured ear.

FAUVE is a “crossover” of characters, the result of multiple collaborations that ultimately leads to the gathering of all genres. Some common points appear between the collective and the festival, which is fitting as a beautiful closure of this 6th edition is predicted in their company.
