The Program:
Book Signings from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Authors will meet their readers and sign their books throughout the weekend. They will be scattered throughout the village.
Bookstore from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
For two days, the village of La Colle-sur-Loup will become the largest bookstore in France. You can buy and have numerous books signed by the attending authors, also explore the best of gourmet and oenological publishing.
Cooking Demonstrations
Renowned chefs, culinary TV stars, restaurateurs from La Colle-sur-Loup, bloggers, and famous authors will all perform live demonstrations.
Eight Films showing at the Cuisine and Literature Festival cinema.
There will be something for everyone: for children, documentaries, romantic comedies, historical films, etc.

Conferences / Debates
The greatest specialists will take turns throughout the weekend to discuss eating and drinking well.

From time immemorial, literature and great authors have focused on cuisine, vineyards, and the art of living.
Starting with Eugène Sue, the local child, who in his “Seven Deadly Sins” selected gluttony. Evelyne Bloch-Dano will host a literary café on Sunday. The flavor of words, the taste of things.
Theater Guaranteed laughter in this iconoclastic play that will surely surprise.
Drawing Workshop (children) (at De Gaulle Square from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
Children can gather to create the most beautiful drawings possible on the theme of meals, cooking, fruits, and vegetables… Get your crayons.
Gourmet Rally (children)
Come join us to participate in a gourmet treasure hunt
In search of the lost recipe (children+adults)
Objective: Treasure hunt centered around a giant cookbook (2x2m)
Locations: De Gaulle Square (book) and in about ten restaurants in the village center
Hours: From 10:00 to 11:15 a.m. (and from 2:30 to 3:15 p.m.)
Description: “Aunt Clafouti has lost her recipe ingredients, and the children help her
recreate it by finding them in certain restaurants.”
The facilitator (Odile Méheut) raises awareness and guides the children through 10 restaurants in the village center mobilized for the occasion. Each restaurant presents a dish highlighting an ingredient, displayed on a special menu for the occasion.
Taste Nursery (ages 6 to 12)
Every two hours, a “tasting” workshop will be offered to children in groups of 20.

Writer’s Tea
Art of gesture and exchange, tea has celebrated the values of hospitality and sharing for centuries.
Georges-Emmanuel Morali, a gastronomic traveler and astute publisher, has always evolved in the world of books. He imagined a way to create a privileged bond between the reader and writing: The Writer’s Tea was born in 1999 at the Paris Book Fair.
A space for meeting, debate, and tasting, it will take place over two days in La Colle-sur-Loup.
Event
Sophie Dudemaine, known worldwide for her famous cakes – among others – the
queen of culinary bestsellers will meet her many readers for “An Afternoon with Sophie”. More than two hours in the company of an exceptional woman.
Exhibitions
Micky Pfau, a painter whose work is almost exclusively on light, will present some works on the theme of cuisine and gastronomy (Tourist Office)
Food/Wine Pairings
Tasting islands distributed throughout the village will allow you to best harmonize wine and gastronomy.
Cooking Classes
The chefs of La Colle-sur-Loup are mobilizing to offer cooking classes over the two days (fee-based).

Children’s Parade “Protest against junk food”
Objective: children’s parade.
Location: village center circuits.
Schedule: 1st departure at 11:45 a.m. from De Gaulle Square / 2nd departure at 4 p.m.
Description: Parade of children dressed as cooks (white aprons, kitchen utensils, etc.).
