A Great Ganser Competition open to everyone in partnership with the Atelier Cuisine Niçoise and the Label Cuisine Nissarde!
An essential delicacy of Niçois gastronomy, enjoyed during festive moments, the ganse will be the star of this first competition which will take place on the first floor of the Taste of Nice!
The jury comprises: Rudy SALLES: Deputy Mayor in charge of tourism, President of the jury; Jean-Luc GAGLIOLO: Municipal Councillor; Franck BERMOND: disciple of Escoffier, former restaurateur and member of the Capelina d’Or, culinary trainer; Julie TRAVOLTI: restaurateur certified by Cuisine Nissarde “La Table à Julie”; Sophie AGROFOGLIO: Chef of A Budeghin’na; Keisuke MATSUSHIMA: chef of Gastro Kei Matsushima, the Ecole de Nice and the Poseidon; and François-Xavier MICHAUD: Professor at Lycée Paul Augier.
